The Challenge
This project was all about fully committing to a scrappy yet polished digital scrapbook aesthetic without sacrificing usability. The client brought the initial wireframe and design concept to life, and it took serious technical direction and execution to bridge the gap. Building a hyper complex component in Framer that handles smooth rotations, houses multiple sections, hosts photography and videography, and stays fully responsive on mobile was an extreme challenge. Making everything perform to exact spec took heavy fine tuning, but we got there in the end.
The Solution
I engineered a hyper complex, interactive Framer component designed like a physical book complete with custom tabs, rotating elements, hidden easter eggs, and smooth mobile responsiveness. The layout plays with structure while keeping navigation intuitive, seamlessly displaying her photo and video work through an immersive scrapbook layout. The result is a one of a kind digital experience that feels tactile and personal while giving her the professional edge to book new work.
